Hot Southern Miss will gladly issue a refund for unused items in the original packaging with tags attached if they are sent back within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email shop@hotsouthernmiss.com.au first to discuss any items you wish to return. 

If you wish to return your item/s for an exchange please email shop@hotsouthernmiss.com.au. This will allow us to check availability and put the item aside for you. Once we receive the returned items we will post the replacement/s as soon as possible. If you need the replacement quickly please place another order so that it can be sent as soon as possible and we will issue a refund when we receive the returned items.
